"An Epic Symphony" Symphonic Rock Concert - Microphone Setup & Assistant Engineer

Location: İstanbul, Türkiye
I set up stage sound systems for Mor ve Otesi's “An Epic Symphony” concert at the historic Hagia Irene Church in İstanbul. The concert saw the legendary Turkish rock band play their songs with an orchestra and a choir, and it was the first concert of the series.
It was also a special concert due to the date, acting as a celebration of the Turkish Republic Day. Below is a video of my favourite track from the concert, but all songs are available on the Mor ve Otesi YouTube channel.
The microphones used for the orchestra and the choir were selected by engineers at Metan Teknik, the Turkish distributor of professional audio brands like Sennheiser and Neumann. Most microphones, including the four MK4's picking up the choir, were placed by me.
